Back-end Developer

We are looking for a Back-end developer to lead our technical team! As a Back-end Developer, you will be responsible for the server-side web application logic as well as for the integration of the front-end part.

- Start-up experience – advantage
- Laravel and PHP Experience
- Experience with SASS, PHP, MySQL
- Experience in web services
- Creation and consumption of REST API’s
- Ability to read code and anticipate potential consequences and areas of impact
- Understanding of common web application vulnerabilities and remediation
- Experience with Cloud Services (preference to Amazon Web Services)

B2B Start-up Digital Marketing Manager

Join a fast-growing Silicon Valley HR-tech start-up that works with enterprises. We are looking for a 'hands-on' marketing person with lead generation and B2B marketing experience. You will generate and execute marketing activities to optimize our relationships with our B2B customers, reach our specific business audience and create optimized B2B content marketing strategies for SaaS. You will also help us develop and execute strategy and operations to drive growth and aggressive user acquisition.

What you will do:
- Develop and run ABM, demand generation campaigns, and strategies to create qualified leads
- Build sales tools and collateral material for the sales team
- Manage events and trade shows
- Run online and social media campaigns
- Develop and run content marketing initiatives (blog content, gated content, video content, and alike)
- Take part in developing the marketing strategy together with the rest of the team
- Measure KPIs and report on marketing performance and analytics, focusing on lead generation and customer acquisition
- Maintain a data-driven approach to testing, optimizing, and scaling with a logic of test-and-learn to enhance the B2B funnel.`

What you will need:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing
- Excellent English (read, write, speak)
- Experience in developing lead generation and awareness programs in B2B markets
- Experience in funnel marketing for B2B (in particular, Content Marketing and Email marketing)
- Outstanding writing/reviewing skills and the ability to produce written materialsExcellent proactivity and resourcefulness skills
- Preferably knowledge of user tracking, retargeting techniques, SEO, and SEM
- Preferably experience in the cloud industry or SaaS, possibly in international environments
